Everyone knows them, the Jehovah's Witnesses, those very active missionaries who always come knocking at your door, but who are they really? After two years of intensive contact and confidence-building measures, the film crew led by the young director Krzysztof Kaczmarek succeeded for the first time ever in gaining access to the inner world of the Jehovah's Witnesses, unlike the many other documentaries which, due to the strict communication policy of the "Bible students", usually only focus on those who have left the church. The Jehovah's Witnesses speak for themselves and they show how the relationship between freedom and obedience is represented in this religious community, which some outsiders still consider to be a cult. A rare glimpse into the everyday life and behind the scenes of a religion that makes a big secret out of their religious practice.
